LG Poll: Jagun Olubadan, Jubril D. Sanusi Host Ona Ara People in Celebration as Chairman-Elect, Dr. Temitope GLORIOUS Commission First Electric Bus in Oyo State
Today, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, the esteemed Jagunmolu Olubadan of Ibadanland and Chairman of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, graciously hosted over 100 communities in a joyous reception. The occasion marked the celebration of the electoral victory of Dr. Kolapo Temitope Glorious, the Chairman-elect of Ona Ara Local Government under the banner of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
In a press statement issued by Mr. Rahmon Alawode, the Director General of the GLOWIN Media Team, revealed that Dr. Temitope Kolapo Glorious commissioned the first Electric bus in Oyo State, a significant milestone powered by Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi’s visionary leadership and commitment to innovation.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi affirmed that the electric bus initiative is dedicated to serving the transportation needs of the Ona Ara People, with plans underway to introduce electric tricycles (Marwa) in the coming weeks.
