Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters has extended his warmest birthday wishes to oyo state commissioner for agriculture and Rural Development, Barrister Olasunkanmi Olaleye.
Hon. Bibire expressed his admiration for Barrister Olaleye’s humility, intellectual capacity, and wealth of experience.
