
Governor Seyi Makinde’s recent appointments have drawn praise from Hon. Dawood Akanni Olalere, also known as D-Al-Ameen, a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan Northwest State Constituency.
In a statement released through his Media Team (Sorosoke), Hon. Olalere commended the governor for his “astute leadership” and for recognizing “hard work, loyalty, and dedication.”
“I give much accolades to our performing and outstanding leader, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Abiodun Oluwaseyi Makinde, for his astute leadership and for recognizing hard work, loyalty, and dedication,” Hon. Olalere stated.
“Your commitment to selecting individuals based on their merit and contributions to the State is truly inspiring and sets a commendable example.”
Specifically, Hon. Olalere extended warm congratulations to Dr. Remi Ayodele on his appointment as a member of the Oyo State Advisory Council.
He highlighted Dr. Ayodele’s previous tenure as Chairman of the Oyo State Local Government Service Commission, acknowledging his “capability and dedication.”
“I sincerely congratulate Dr. Remi Ayodele on his appointment as Member of Oyo State Advisory Council,” Hon. Olalere said.
“Your tenure as Chairman of Oyo State Local Government Service Commission showcased your capability and dedication, and I’m confident that you will bring the same level of excellence to your new Office.”
Hon. Olalere emphasized the importance of delivering quality service to the people of Oyo State, urging Dr. Ayodele to “positively influence” his new role and support Governor Makinde’s “Omituntun 2.0” developmental agenda.
He also recalled Dr. Ayodele’s contributions to the first term of Governor Makinde’s administration.
“It is needless to reiterate that this development is a call to deliver quality service to the State and the good people of Oyo State,” he added. “I will encourage you to positively influence your new Offices and see this as a platform to continually support the developmental strides of Governor Seyi Makinde in Omituntun 2.0, as you deliberately and sincerely work to support Oyo State Government in Omituntun 1.0, who has deemed you worthy and entrusted you with these new responsibilities.”
Hon. Olalere expressed confidence in Dr. Ayodele’s ability to meet the expectations of the governor and the citizens of Oyo State, citing his “track records.”
“I trust and am positive, with your track records, you will do your utmost and the very best to meet the expectations of the Governor and the good citizens of Oyo State,” Hon. Olalere concluded.
