Ibadan Northwest State Constituency Member, Hon. (Dr) Dawood Akanni Olalere has felicitated the Christians faithful in his Constituency, State, and across Nigeria on the occasion of the Easter festivity.
Hon. Olalere according to his speech release to his Media Team, Celebrates with Christians witnessing another wonderful Easter season, admonished the Christian congregation to use the special occasion to pray for the state and Nigeria alongside the leadership.
It is important to engage in prayers for our dear country and to continue to co-exist peacefully with people of other religious faith.
He equally charged Christians to exhibit the lessons of love and sacrificial living taught to us by Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection now more than before.
Hon D-Al-Ameen said: ” I congratulate Christians on the occasion of Easter festivity. May this season of renewal bring you joy, peace, and blessings. Let’s reflect on the gift of love, grace, and sacrifice. May our hearts be filled with gratitude. Let us pray for unity, hope, and a brighter tomorrow.
I also want to use this avenue to charge us all to exemplify model of love, selflessness, humility, and sacrificial living. In the same breath, I charge us all to, in the spirit of love and oneness, look out for each other, be security conscious, and extend a hand of fellowship to others. May we have more Easter occasions to celebrate.”
