Easter is a profound reminder of the sacrificial love and resurrection of Jesus Christ, symbolizing hope, renewal, and the victory of life over death. It is a time to reflect on the values of compassion, forgiveness, and unity—values which are essential for the progress of our society.
As we commemorate this sacred season, I urge everyone to use the opportunity to pray for peace, healing, and stability in our dear nation. Let us remember the countless lives affected by insecurity, hunger, and economic hardship. Let us pray for divine intervention and a renewed sense of purpose among our leaders and citizens alike.
Even in the face of current national challenges, I encourage us all not to lose hope. Easter teaches us that after darkness comes light, and with collective faith and effort, Nigeria will rise to greater heights.
