
It was a carnival of love and athletic brilliance as Omonigbehin Standard School, Amuloko, Ibadan, hosted the 5th edition of its Annual Sports Festival on May 15, 2025. The vibrant event, held at Ridwanulahi Football Pitch, beside Baba Ebo Church, Amuloko, featured thrilling contests and a remarkable display of sportsmanship and school spirit.

Purple House, fondly known as OTOPE House—named after renowned Ona-Ara-born philanthropist, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji (OTOPE)—clinched the overall victory, emerging as the champion of the 2025 festival.

Representing Dr. OTOPE at the event, his Personal Assistant on General Duties, Hon. Idris Gbedeogun, lauded the students for their energy and enthusiasm. He also commended the teachers for their dedication to nurturing both the academic and extracurricular talents of the students. “These students are truly amazing. It is my prayer that Omonigbehin Schools will continue to grow and excel,” he stated.
