We are celebrating Governor Seyi Makinde’s sixth year in office, where people within and outside the state are pouring different word of acknowledgement to appreciate his good work in Oyo State from day one he assumed office.
In a congratulatory statement issued in early hours of today by Hon Ojo Monsur Olayemi. He hailed Governor Makinde’s unwavering commitment to the growth and transformation of Oyo State.
He described the governor’s leadership style as people-oriented and visionary which his impact will be long to surpass by any coming government in the state.
“We are not just celebrating your sixth year anniversary in the office but celebrating development and progress that your 6 years in office has brought to the state”, he added.
He further said, “Talk of infrastructure, education, health, and security, even your administration has brought hope and renewed confidence in youth participation in governance and the good people of Oyo State”.
Hon Ojo further acknowledged the governor’s ability to remain servant of the state despite the challenges, he has repositioned the system. Maintaining a status quo of : GOOD GOVERNANCE FIRST OTHERS FOLLOW. This distinct status quo has changed the people’s thoughts about what government should be.
Gov Seyi Makinde should be the one we should be calling MR LECTURER OF GOOD GOVERNANCE, Reason Is that many of his style of governance has been emulated by others. Which make us remain the pace setter. Hon Ojo said.
He prayed for continued lead from God for Governor Makinde to pilot the affairs of our dear state to promise land.
