The Director-General of the Oyo State Liaison Office for Abuja and Lagos, Hon. Dr. Temitope Oladimeji (OTOPE) — a man whose philanthropy has touched lives across Oyo State is calling on the good people of Ibadan North to come out in unity and strength on Saturday, August 16, 2025 to vote for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle (DON).
Speaking with warmth and conviction, Dr. Oladimeji urged community leaders, youth groups, market associations, and residents from all walks of life to stand solidly with the PDP, reminding them of the party’s genuine commitment to grassroots development under the steady leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde.
He described Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle as a man of the people, “a dependable brother, a voice for the voiceless, and a servant leader who will truly carry the hopes of Ibadan North to the National Assembly.”

Dr. Oladimeji, whose OTOPE Foundation has brought educational aid, empowerment programs, and community projects to many, emphasized that this by-election is not just about filling a seat, it’s about choosing progress, unity, and a brighter future for every family in Ibadan North.

“Folajimi Oyekunle has the experience, the passion, and the heart to represent us well. On August 16, let us join hands, vote together, and protect our future,” he appealed.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) fixed the by-election after the Ibadan North Federal Constituency seat became vacant. For PDP supporters, under Governor Makinde’s leadership and OTOPE’s mobilization drive, August 16 is already shaping up to be a DONE DEAL.
