44th Olubadan: Aare Musulumi of Ibadan Northwest, Dr. Dawood Akanni Olalere (D-Al-Ameen), Celebrates Oba Rashidi Ladoja’s Coronation, Hails It as a New Dawn for Ibadanland

The Aare Musulumi of Ibadan Northwest Local Government and Member, Oyo State House of Assembly Representing Ibadan NorthWest State Constituency, Aare Hon. (Dr) Dawood Akanni Olalere, popularly known as D-Al-Ameen, has extended heartfelt felicitations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, Arusa I, on his historic coronation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.

Hon. D-Al-Ameen described the ascension of Oba Ladoja as “a divine manifestation of destiny fulfilled,” noting that the journey of the new Olubadan exemplifies patience, resilience, and unwavering faith in the will of Allah.

He extolled Oba Ladoja as a rare leader whose life path — from accomplished businessman, to Senator, to Governor, and now to the revered throne of Ibadanland — reflects courage, dedication, and service to humanity.

“History has been kind to Kabiyesi today. He has always been a man of principle, standing firmly for truth, fairness, and justice even when such positions came with challenges. He has defended democracy, uplifted the pride of Ibadan, and championed the cause of the masses. His coronation is not just a victory for Ibadan but a blessing for Yorubaland and Nigeria at large,” Aare D-al-Ameen stated.

The Aare Musulumi prayed for a reign marked by wisdom, peace, unity, and prosperity, adding that the enthronement of Oba Ladoja signifies the dawn of renewed hope and progress for Ibadanland.

“On behalf of myself, my family, and the entire Muslim community of Ibadan Northwest, I celebrate Kabiyesi, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, and I pray that Almighty Allah grants him long life, sound health, and the divine wisdom to lead Ibadanland to greater heights,” he concluded.
