
Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, have confirmed the signing of eight fresh legs to beef up their squad for the second round of the 2024/25 NPFL season.

A statement issued by the Media Officer of the club, Tosin Omojola, revelaed that the players were signed from both the NPFL and NNL sides.

Some of the new acquisions mentioned include, Sadiq Ibrahim, a sriker from Sunshine Stars, Omoduemuke Moses, striker from Niger Tornadoes as well as midfielder Okorie Ekeson from Rangers International.
Others are midfielders Ukeme Williams from Miyansar Sport FC, Iraq, and Ephraim Nwachukwu from Osun United.
Meanwhile, the club also announced the drafting of upcoming player, Liuz David, a young professional player into the main team.
In the same vein, the club also announced the departure of eight players namely; Abubakar Aliu, Abbey Benson, Elum Henry, Hassane Sidibe, Bolaji Sakin,Uche Onwuasonanya, Fasanmi Olaniyi and Malachi Ohawume.

The Ibadan soccer lords hope to unleash some of the newly signed players on Nasarawa United when the two sides meet on Wednesday in a matchday 21 encounter billed for the Lekan Salami Stadium.
