A cleric has praised Oyo State governor Seyi Makinde for his numerous accomplishments since 2019, particularly in improving the road networks and enhancing security in the state.
The cleric also encouraged the governor to continue his efforts to safeguard the state and elevate it to even greater heights.
The senior pastor of the Christ Apostolic Church Oke-Ayo, Iseyin, Pastor Paul Aderoju, stated this at the 31st thanksgiving anniversary service and the fifth convention of the church, held at the church auditorium recently.
The cleric urged Christians to serve God with honesty and eschew all sinful acts and behaviour, saying, “There are rewards for anything done, be it good or bad.”
Pastor Aderoju equally called on the Federal Government to address the skyrocketing prices of goods, including the high pump price of petroleum products, which he said was behind the hyperinflation in the country.
The fifth convention and 31st-anniversary thanksgiving service featured special ministrations, music rendition, and presentation of prizes.
