REACTION TO THE UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS BY HON. ADELEKE BOLAJI TAOHEED AGAINST AJIBOYE AKANDE SANGOGADE (BOYE NATION)
The attention of the public and the good people of Oyo State has been drawn to a reckless and malicious statement credited to Hon. Adeleke Bolaji Taoheed, wherein he baselessly claims that Ajiboye Akande Sangogade (popularly known as Boye Nation) is “breeding area boys.”We strongly condemn this attempt to defame a citizen’s character and mislead the public for cheap political points.Before Hon. Adeleke Bolaji Taoheed points fingers or questions anyone’s character, he must first look in the mirror.
It is an act of gross hypocrisy for him to launch a public attack against Boye Nation, considering his own direct associations. Specifically, we challenge Hon. Taoheed to deny the receipt of one million Naira (₦1,000,000) sent to him directly by the very same Ajiboye Akande Sangogade he now seeks to vilify.
If associating with Boye Nation defines anyone negatively, then Hon. Taoheed has comfortably included himself in that category by accepting financial benefits from him.A Stern Warning to Hypocrites Within the APCThis statement serves as a final, definitive warning to Hon. Adeleke Bolaji Taoheed to cease these unprovoked attacks immediately.
Furthermore, let it be known to the public and the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State that Hon. Taoheed is not alone in this hypocrisy. We are currently in possession of verifiable financial receipts and evidence proving that several prominent, self-proclaimed leaders within the Oyo State APC have been consistent beneficiaries of financial support from Ajiboye Akande Sangogade (Boye Nation).
We demand that Hon. Adeleke Bolaji Taoheed immediately retract his baseless statements and remain silent. Should these character assassinations continue, we will have no choice but to make a public release of all financial receipts, bank transfers, and transaction records involving Hon. Taoheed and other high-ranking APC leaders who have secretly benefited from Boye Nation while publicly acting otherwise.
The people of Oyo State deserve transparency, not selective amnesia and political blackmail.
