The African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for the Oluyole Federal Constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election, Hon. Tokunbo Ogunsola, has inaugurated members of his campaign committee as preparations for the election gather momentum.
The inauguration ceremony was held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the ADC State Secretariat in Iyaganku, Ibadan, bringing together party stakeholders, political associates and members of the newly constituted campaign structure.
Among those appointed to the campaign committee are Barrister Odeleke, Hon. Shittu Adams, Hon. Durosomo, Hon. Femi Bamigbola, Evangelist Adekunle Agbaje, Chief Afolarin, Barrister Taiwo Paul and Oluremi Daramola.
Others appointed include Hon. Sulaimon Sanni, Ismaila Lawal and Comrade Damilare Adewumi.
The committee is expected to play various roles in the coordination of campaign activities, mobilisation and engagement with stakeholders across the Oluyole Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking at the inauguration, Ogunsola charged members of the committee to work with commitment and maintain effective engagement with the people across the constituency.
The inauguration marks another step in the organisation of the campaign structure of the ADC candidate as political activities intensify ahead of the 2027 elections.
Ogunsola emerged as the ADC candidate for the Oluyole Federal Constituency after the party’s primary election in May 2026. Available reports had earlier identified him as the party’s candidate for the constituency.
The newly inaugurated committee is expected to commence its responsibilities immediately as the campaign moves into a more structured phase ahead of the election.
