Mogaji (Hon.) Olajide Olatoye, popularly known as Big Daddy Sugar, the Executive Assistant to the Oyo State Governor on Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA), has congratulated Bashorun Akinwale Akinwole, popularly known as Wolekanle, on his appointment as the new Chief of Staff to Governor ‘Seyi Makinde.
Big Daddy Sugar described the appointment as well-deserved, citing Wolekanle’s diligence, outstanding performance in his previous role as Chairman of the Oyo State Local Government Service Commission, and his longstanding commitment to grassroots politics.
In a congratulatory message, Big Daddy Sugar noted that Wolekanle’s wealth of experience in public service, dedication to duty, and close connection with the grassroots had prepared him for the new responsibility.
He expressed confidence that the new Chief of Staff would bring his wealth of experience, administrative capabilities, and commitment to effective governance to bear in the discharge of his duties, while supporting the governor’s vision for the continued development of Oyo State.
Big Daddy Sugar also commended Governor Seyi Makinde for the appointment, noting that the selection of experienced individuals for strategic positions in government would further strengthen the administration’s capacity to deliver on its developmental agenda.
He wished Bashorun Akinwale Akinwole success in his new assignment and prayed for wisdom, good health, and the strength to discharge the responsibilities of the office effectively in the interest of the people of Oyo State.
